        [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of gamma globulin intravenous drip in treating severe pneumonia. Methods 150 severe pneumonia patients from August 2011 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group（n=75） and control group（n=75） according to random number table.The control group were given ceftriaxone sodium and milrinone，and the patients in the treatment group were further given intravenous drip gamma globulin.The conditions of prognosis was observed after 1 week treatment.
