　　设计思路：

　　在风和日丽的大自然中放风筝是最好的日光浴、空气浴。跑跑停停的肢体运动可增强心肺功能，增强新陈代谢，增强体质。此外，放风筝的群体性很强。筝友相聚，妙语连珠，破闷解难，精神愉快。“笑一笑，十年少”，也是鸢者长寿的重要因素。

　　玩法：
