  设计思路:
    中国有句古话:“鸢者长寿”。意思就是说,经常放风筝的人寿命长。制作一只绚丽多彩、新颖别致的风筝也是一种创造。当人们眺望自己的作品摇曳万里晴空时,专注、欣慰、恬静,这种精神状态强化了高级神经活动的调节功能,促进了机体组织、脏器生理功能的调整和健全。双目凝视于蓝天白云之上的飞鸢,荣辱皆忘,杂念俱无,与保健气功的作用异曲同工。其效应符合传统医学的修身养性之道。
  在风和日丽的大自然中放风筝是最好的日光浴、空气浴。跑跑停停的肢体运动可增强心肺功能,增强新陈代谢,增强体质。此外,放风筝的群体性很强。筝友相聚,妙语连珠,破闷解难,精神愉快。“笑一笑,十年少”,也是鸢者长寿的重要因素。
  活动目的:
  1、让幼儿了解风筝的种类及结构。
  2、培养幼儿放风筝的兴趣,增强幼儿的活动能力。
  活动准备:
  各种类型的风筝各一个。
  活动过程:
  1、让幼儿猜谜语:风筝。引出活动主题。
  2、教师启发提问:
  ①小朋友放过风筝没有?你的风筝是什么样的?
  ②除了自己的风筝外,你见过的风筝有哪些?(老鹰、燕子、蜻蜒、金鱼、五星等)
  3、出示各类风筝让幼儿欣赏。如鸟形风筝:仙鹤;虫形风筝:蝴蝶;水族风筝:金鱼;人物风筝:孙悟空 ;器物风筝:宫灯;变形几何图形风筝:五角星等。
  ①教师边出示各类风筝边让幼儿观察它们的色彩、结构,以提高幼儿的审美能力。
  ②让幼儿了解风筝的制作材料(纸、竹等)和制作方法(扎、糊、绘画),并自制一个风筝。
  4、游戏“放风筝”,让幼儿体验放风筝的乐趣,锻炼跑的能力。
  玩法:
   幼儿成四路纵队在场地上站好,在50米跑道上进行放风筝接力赛。教师发出信号后,四队排头手拉风筝线 往前跑,跑回时将风筝线交到第二个幼儿手中,第二个幼儿拿准风筝线后接着跑,如此接力,直到每队的幼儿 都参与一遍,以先跑完的一队为胜。游戏反复进行。
