　　早餐

　　午餐
　　午餐通常在12点半到2点之间。如果你的HOMESTAY 含午餐，那么寄宿家庭会在你出门前为你准备“午餐包”或者只是留些食物以便你随时可以吃。大部分寄宿家庭希望学生自己准备午餐，就如同他们要求自己的孩子也这样做。在澳洲午餐通常吃的是三明治、水果或者蛋糕，饮料。如果你的寄宿是不含午餐的，应避免将你的晚餐误认为午餐而拿走。
　　晚餐

　　赴宴或在别人家里做客，饭后立即离开时很不礼貌的。最佳离开时间是饭后半小时以后。此时，如果谈话出现冷场或间歇这就意味着该动身了。如果正在热烈的讨论，可你有急于赶时间，则应迅速的结束谈话，找个适当的机会话别。西方人的习惯是说走后还有同主人再谈及分钟，也可以再约会，然后再动身走。当你走到门口时，还要再次感谢主人的招待。
