1. what是疑问代词，引导特殊疑问句，主要用于对物提问。
⑴用于对姓名提问，例如：What’s your name? I’m Andy.
⑵用于对事物提问，例如：What is it? It is my CD.
⑶用于对职业提问，例如：What is your sister? She’s a teacher.
What’s your father? He’s a policeman.
What is your father? 相当于What is your father’s job?
Who is he? 和 What is he? 的区别
Who is he?用来询问他的名字和称呼，What is he? 用来询问他的职业
2. father’s job
在名词的后面加’s的形式，我们称之为名词所有格，意思是“…的”。
my cousin’s name your mother’s job her brother’s car
3. Are we classmates? Yes, we are.
像这种询问“是，否”的句子，在英语中叫做一般疑问句。在一般疑问句中有be 动词的，将它们提到句子开头，结尾再加上问号就行了。读的时候句尾的重读单词读成升调。通常用Yes或No回答一般疑问句。
例如：I am a student.
Are you a student? Yes, I am. / No, I’m not.
She is an English girl.
Is she an English girl? Yes, she is. / No, she isn’t.
They are good friends.
Are they good friends? Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.
4. He’s polite and helpful.
句中polite和helpful都是形容词，表示人物的特征。在使用时不要忘了在前面加be动词。
She’s English.
He is tall and strong.
5. 人称代词
主格 I you he she it we you they
宾格 me you him her it us you them
6. Open the door, please.
祈使句：表示命令、祈求、建议等语气的句子。
主语是you，但往往省略，直接以动词原形开头。
Sit down, please.
Please clean the blackboard.
Don’t be late again.是否定的祈使句。
以Don’t开头，后接动词原形
Don’t close your books.
7. 在英语中当可数名词的数量超过一个时，这个可数名词应用复数形式。

8. There be 句型
表示某处有某物。其中，be动词的形式根据紧跟其后的名词的单复数确定：名词为单数的用is，名词为复数的用are。
There is +a/an +名词单数（+介词短语）
There are +表示数量的词 + 名词复数（+介词短语）
There is a book in the bag.
There are twenty-three boys in my class.
There be 句型中通常有一个介词短语，表示方位。介词短语通常放在句尾，如果表示强调，也可放在句首。但不要忘了名词前的the或其它限定词。
