  一、 学情分析
  三年级学生刚学英语,没有基础。四年级学习兴趣浓厚;五年级同学们学习英语的积极性很高,集体荣誉感较强,六年级学生能够处自主学习,合作学习,探究学习。学生能按时完成学习任务,提高书写,阅读能力,通过努力上学期学生的英语成绩有很大的提高。也为了帮助学生了解中要方文化差异,拓展视野,培养爱国主义精神,形成健康的人生观,因而在本学期采用一套可实施的灵活的教学方法。
  二、教材分析
  《小学英语》每课包括“会话,主题句,语音,活动”四部分,四个部分均围绕一个中心话题展开。每课的各部分之间,每册的各课之间,构成一个封闭又开放的循环体系。
  在每课内,会话中的交际语言和语法结构在其余各部分中反复出现和深化,形成一个封闭的循环,这是每一个循环体系。
  三、本学期的教学任务和达到的目标
  激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣使学生树立自信心,是本学期英语教学中重要的任务,把兴趣,自信心等放在第一位,是对英语教学任务的重新定位。学生在从阶段的学习,都是一个学会学习的过程,而不是把某一门专业知识或专业技能完全掌握的过程,这是终身学习的需要,学生首先应当对学科产生兴趣,树立自信心,学会学习发展自己的学习能力,然后在离开学校以后,就能自己学习,为终身学习做好准备,所以,在初级阶段首先要培养学生学习英语的兴趣,让他们喜欢学,然后再教他们如何学,使之会学,形成自主学习的能力。本学期争取让学生们喜欢学英语能交流交际。
  这一学期中把教学重点放在培养学生的听说读写能力上,小学英语教学不讲解语法概念,要充分利用教学资源,鼓励学生积极参与,大胆表达,侧重提高小学生对语言的感受和初步用英语进行听说演的能力。
  把德育放在工作的首位,教师用高尚的师德潜移默化地影响学生。小学英语以素质为根本宗旨,注重对儿童进行思想情感教育,使学生了解并尊重其他国家和民族的优秀文化传统,更好地理解并热爱中华民族的优秀文化传统。使学生受到英语给他们带来的快乐,促进他们身心健康发展。在学习中锻炼学生有坚强的意志,健康的体魄和自信心,全面培养和发展学生的综合素质,把他们培养成四有新人和创新性人才。结合英语课内容教育学生。
  四、完成目标所采取的措施:
  (一) 教师要更新课程理念,适应新课改的需要,在教学中要注重培养学生的创新精神,给学生发展的空间和自学的时间,时刻以育人为本,全面提高学生的综合素质。
  (二)通过正面引导,提高后进生,给他们树立明确的学习目的,端正学生态度,树立学习标兵,给学生学有榜样。
  (三)教师要注重教学,让学生大胆尝试,积极探索,勇于创新,使学生真正成为课堂的主人,使学生积极有效参与课堂教学。让学生自主探索,合作交流,自己去发现去探索知识,用自己喜爱的学习方法学会知识,并创造性地解决问题。充分发挥学生的主体作用。搞好单元测试,及时批改,讲评,并做好总结,对中差学生及时给予指导,使其赶上来。
  五、培优补差
