一：[拐杖英文]国际音标课件
音标是记录音素的符号，是音素的标写符号。它的制定原则是：一个音素只用一个音标表示，而一个音标并不只表示一个音素，由2个音素构成的音标我们称之为双元音，如汉语的拼音字母、英语的韦氏音标和国际音标等。
一、音标集中教学的必要性
《英语课程标准》指出：“基础教育阶段学生应该学习和掌握的英语语言基础知识包括语音、词汇、语法、功能和话题等五方面的内容。”语音被列为首位，成为学好英语的基础。而语音教学中的音标教学正是英语入门阶段语音教学的关键。学生正确的发音、辨音、拼音、标音等方面都离不开音标。一句话，音标是学好英语语音的拐杖。尽早学好音标，可为学生扫清英语学习上的障碍，促使学生始终保持着学习英语的兴趣和热情，减少因读音障碍而产生的厌学情绪。尽早学好音标，可以让学生掌握拼读规则，具备单词拼读能力，掌握正确的语音语调，为进一步学习英语和发展预习能力、自学能力打下基础。尽早学好音标，学生才能顺利进行听、说、读、写各项语言技能的训练，达到学习和运用语言的目的。
然而，现行英语教材包括仁爱版教材都将语音教学内容安排在初一学年，历时两个学期才完成音标和读音规则的教学。这就使得语音教学的内容不仅分散而且学程长，不利于入门阶段的学生拼读能力的培养，使学生一开始学英语就处于被动学习的地位，严重挫伤学生学习英语的信心和兴趣，教学效果差。
多年的教学实践证明，如果教师能在学英语的入门阶段，就采用把48个音标进行集中教学的原则来进行语音教学，那对学生的英语学习定能起到事半功倍的效果。因此，很有必要把音标集中教学当作入门阶段英语教学的一个重点来抓好。
二、音标集中教学的可行性
首先，可以充分利用初中生的心理和生理特点。初一新生刚开始学习英语时，他们会感到新鲜有趣，热情高涨。他们求知欲旺盛，记忆力、模仿力强，好胜、自信，只要引导得当，顺利闯过音标学习关基本不存在问题。
其次，《英语课程标准》指出：“教师要善于结合实际教学需要，灵活地和有创造性地使用教材，对教材的内容、编排顺序、教学方法等方面进行适当的取舍或调整。”基于这一点，我们完全可以在初一年，利用第一周教学时间，采用26个字母分类教学和字母、音标同时呈现相结合的教学模式，在教字母的同时呈现各字母发音所含的音素，结合字母教学让学生感知音标，借助汉语拼音拼读的正迁移作用，用音标进行字母的拼音，使学生不但读准了字母，而且认识了与汉语拼音相似的大部分元音音素和辅音音素，为48个音标集中教学奠定了切实可行的基础。
三、音标集中教学的设计与操作流程
（一）字母分类教学和字母、音标同时呈现相结合的集中教学
初一新生入学第一周，就可以利用字母与音素间的内在联系，把26个字母按读音进行分类教学。第一课时教学：AHJKIYUQW；第二课时教学：EBCDGPTVO；第三课时教学：FLMNSXZR。每节课在教学字母的同时，呈现各字母名称音中所包含的音素，结合字母教学让学生感知音标。
例如：第二课时教学含 / i：/ 音素的一组字母时，教师先在黑板上板书如下：
Ee / i:/
Bb / bi：/ —→ /b/ /i:/
Cc / si：/ —→ /s/ /i:/
Dd / di：/ —→ /d / /i: /
Gg / gi：/ —→ /g / /i: /
Pp / pi：/ —→ /p/ /i：/

先引导学生拼读字母的名称音，再用掐头去尾法分解出7个辅音音素和3个元音音素。用同样的方法教学第一和第三课时的字母，这样26个字母教完时，学生已经接触了48个音素中的大部分。第四课时按26个字母顺序和按所含相同元音音素归类，反复循环复习26个字母及其所含音素，进一步巩固与加强26个字母的正确发音，体会并感知其中所包含的音素。26个字母里没出现过的音素可留在第五课时集中呈现48个音素时再教给学生。
（二）48个音标集中教学
第五课时是在前四课时学生已接触大部分音标的基础上，集中呈现48个音标。其教学目标是：要让学生感知48个音标的全貌，初步认读48个音标，了解48个音标的分类，了解元音与辅音的发音特点并能初步拼读单音节的“音标词”。
本课时是音标集中教学的关键，具体的教学步骤设计如下：
1、课前准备：
①教具：字母卡片、音标卡片、“音标词”卡片。
②唱字母歌，让学生动起来，营造轻松气氛，为正式上课热身。
2、复习（4分钟）
采用小组竞赛形式：
①按元音分类复习26个字母。（必答）
②按字母顺序复习26个字母。（必答）
③打乱字母卡片顺序让学生快速认读26个字母。（抢答）。
在复习旧课的环节中引入竞争机制，激活课堂气氛。培养学生大胆开口说英语的习惯和团队协作精神。
3、激趣导入（1分钟）
先在黑板中间板书数字2，在2的两边各写一个3，再各写一个20，形成：20 3 2 3
20这样一个数列。此时，学生的求知欲和好奇心被激发起来，很想知道究竟。教师适时地让学生把数字相加得到48，再告知学生这节课要学习48个国际音标。
4、突破中间（5分钟）
在数字2下面写/ w / 和 / j /
后，教师先做发音示范，为学生讲解发音要领，再按照：“领读-齐读-小组读-个别读”的顺序让学生练习发音，直至会读。
接下来，在左侧的3下面写三个鼻辅音/m /, /n /, /l/, 在右侧的3下面写下另外三个辅音/ l /，/ r /，/ h/。确保学生基本会读这些音素后，进行下一个环节的教学。
5、主攻两边（12分钟）
◆教学元音（6分钟）
先在黑板右侧的数字20下面写下12个单元音和8个双元音。
①教学12个单元音中的/ i:/与/I/，/u:/与/J/，/C:/与/D/，/:
/与/E/。先引导学生观察后，得出结论：这8个元音音素的差别在于有没有两点。经过发音练习后，再启发学生总结出：有两点的发音要稍长，是长元音，没有两点的发音要短促，是短元音。

有一天，八仙向西王母拜寿回来，腾云驾雾从东海上空经过，只见海上波涛汹涌，白浪滔天，煞是壮观。于是，八仙决定到海面上玩一玩。
吕洞宾说：“大家把自己的宝物扔到海面上，借着它渡过大海，比一比谁更有神通，怎么样？”
铁拐李首先对这一建议表示欢迎，他兴致昂扬地说：“好啊！大家先看我的！”便把拐杖投向海中，拐杖像一条小船漂浮在水面，铁拐李一个筋斗，翻立在拐杖上。
接着汉钟离把他的芭蕉扇丢到海上，跳下去站在上面。
接着，其他几位仙人也各显神通，张果老倒骑着毛驴，吕洞宾踏着雌雄宝剑，韩湘子坐着萧，何仙姑乘着花篮，蓝采和站在拍板上，曹国舅踩着玉版，都在海面上漂浮了起来。
八仙安稳地顺着汹涌的波浪漂去，这与腾云驾雾感觉大不相同，别有一番新的刺激和情调，大家玩得好不快意。
这时，曹国舅突然用手指向右边，并高声喊道：
“大家看啊！那里有座海市蜃楼！”
大家转头一看，只见一座仙山渐渐地从海里升起，山上有树木，有楼房，一会儿就升到半空中，慢慢地变成天边的浮云，一转眼，那浮云又被风吹散了。
韩湘子说：“我们真是眼福不浅！蜃气是海里蛟龙嘘出来的气体 ，百年难得一见啊！”
突然 ，蓝采和从他们当中消失了。大家远近观望，一边找一边喊，可就是不见蓝采和的踪迹，张果老猜说：
“可能是东海龙王作怪，他不欢迎我们在他的海上大显神通，把蓝采和抓到龙宫去了，走 我们一起到龙宫要人去！”
大家来到龙宫，婉言请求龙王放人。龙王蛮不讲理，不但不肯，还派自己的几个儿子带领虾兵蟹将追杀八仙。八仙只得用随身的法宝当武器，抵抗虾兵蟹将，经过一场激烈的战斗之后，龙王的两个太子被八仙杀死了。
龙王一听，自己的两个儿子被八仙杀了，真是悲愤至极，商请南海、西海、北海龙王来帮忙。龙王的不依不饶，把八仙也给惹火了。铁拐李用酒葫芦把海水吸光，其余几位仙人将泰山搬了过来，往东海一扔，东海立刻变成了一座高 。
双方打得天昏地暗，日月无光，把太上老君、如来佛和观世音也惊动了，他们全都赶来调解。调解的结果是，由蓝采和送东海龙王两片玉版，作为杀两位太子的补偿泰山则由观世音负责搬回原处。
因为这一场纠纷，八仙被玉皇大帝降级一等。从此，八仙再也不敢到外面惹是生非了。
