I feel so wonderful during the journey as I have experienced a lot of things for the first time.In January 7th ---the first day of my journey the fluttering snowflakes diffused over Changzhou. I first took the train to shanghai then took the plane to Hainan in Pudong airport. Although it’s my second time to take plane I felt even more excited than the first time. When flying I found that I was flying over the cloud of different types and colors. The sky is also brighter and clearer than that I had ever seen. Soon we arrived in Meilan airport in Haikou the climate is totally different from that in Changzhou It was warm there and we could see coconut trees everywhere.After 3 days competition I went to BoAo where is famous for its forum. It was my first time to experience the sea and the beach in the sunshine. When sitting on the cruise I could clearly see the ocean waves pushing the windows of the cruise. It seemed that I was surrounded by the waves and the crystal water.
I felt as if a fish which had been living in the sea happily. Then we land on the beach. The sand on the beach was so soft that it was cosy to lie on the beach. I tried searching for the shells on the beach but failed. The beach was totally different from what I heard before as there was nothing except footsteps on the beach. In the afternoon I played football on beach and scored a goal with my new friends from all around China. It was really interesting and challenging.The next day I went to Haikou. I first visited the tomb of Hairui an officer in Qing dynasty who was famous for rectitude. I think he should be the role model of every person. In the afternoon I went to the geological park of volcano. A lot of stones of different shapes came into views. When arriving the top of the park it seemed that the while city was under my view. Also I had seen plenty of interesting and rare types of the plants. I also got into a small hole in the park it is said that the hold was exactly the original hole where maqma came from. But the volcano had stopped from erupting for thousands of years.I can’t forget this trip not only does it give me a lot of joy knowledge and good memory but also it give me a chance to make friends with people from different fart in China. By enjoying the excellent scenery I think I have fallen in love with this beautiful city. I will cherish this experience.

I spend most of the time at home during this summer vacation. When I was at home, I do homework by myself, and help my parents with the housework. But the most memorable time in this summer is when I travel in Yellow River Forest Park.
I went to visit the Yellow River Forest Park in July together with three of my classmates. It was very boring when staying in the bus for a long timewhich made me doze off all the time and at some time. I nearly struck my head on the chair in the front of me. After three hours" journey by bus we finally got to the park. But to my disappointthere was nothing interesting here which were quiet normal things. Compared with the my school I stayed in here was very noisy and messy.
Though the park is beside the Yellow River the air is still a little smelly because there are a lot of animals such as horses cocks and so on here which make lots of wastes every day while few people clean them. In a word the park is not so good as I had expected and I felt unsatisfied about it.
I love traveling. Traveling not only broadens my horizons but also opens my eyes to the world. What"s more, it refreshes me. You can go to Disneyland and experience what it"s like to be “a child again!” You can visit one of the “seven wonders of the world,” such as the Grand Canyon and feel the magnificence of nature! 单词：分组及时回忆法。
一是以精读课本的单词为主。
二是背考研单词表。
词组：
一是背词组词典;
二是从精读课本中摘抄出来。
语法：
一是由干到枝、由浅到深，先通读语法书，先结合例句背熟大概念，搞清楚各个概念之间的关系;在学习次级概念、特殊概念。
二是大量针对某个语法做题;然后在阅读和做题时如果再遇到语法上的难题，再进行相关概念复习。
句子：每学习一篇文章，就要把其中的好词组、好句子标注出来(或者摘抄)，对它们做熟练的英汉互译特别是汉译英;每天都要快速练习汉译英和一两百个自己收集的好句子。
发音：“用嘴去改变心。”
一是学习口语发音，摆正舌位。
二是在任何情况下听到英语都揣摩人家发音的对与错，注意模仿标准发音;同时每天保证充足的大声朗读的时间，以嘴改心;同时听完标准语音后，还要做无声诵读，在心里用内心语言进行朗读。四是在掌握发音后注意模仿语调。

5、译说。把随时看到的中文用英语口语翻译出来，尽量应用已知的或新近学到的习语，也可以借助查字典来进行——遇到不能满意地翻译之处，不要过度纠缠，可以记录下来去问老师或者留待以后解决。 还可以把随时看到的电视新闻、听到的广播口译为英语，这种口译有速度要求，初练者不可追求完美，开始时只是堆砌词汇，逐渐地能够说一些习语，最后达到能够考虑句式和速度、内容的一致。
6、述论。述，是指描写事物的外部特征、事物发展过程，如风景、人物、事件过程，简述故事、电影等等都属于“述”。 论，是指选一个论题对之做定义或者界定，然后选定正反两个方面来进行论述，或者说出该事物的优缺点。 述，用的是具体语言;论，用的是抽象语言。一般具体语言更为困难，因为需要大量的词汇积累，特别是具体动词和名词，要求多读描写具体动作的文章，如故事、游记、目击记、操作与说明，等等。
听力：精听就是听那些有书面材料的录音，并确保每句话都能听懂。因此要求事先阅读书面材料，扫除不懂的生词、词组，在听的过程中可以随时看材料。最后达到完全听懂并理解。
1、听懂。逐词、逐句地听懂;不懂的就对照书面材料，要把书面材料读熟，熟到能够很快说出来。
2、跟说。在完全能流利听懂的情况下，跟着录音带说。
3、单双句重复。听到的东西，只有能够说出来，才算是真正听懂了——这一点对于中文也是一样的。
在听力提高的情况下，很多材料都可以直接跟说，这样可以省时间。即使是单双句重复，也不是对所有的听力材料，因为能力提高后，很多凡是能听懂的基本上也能重复了，这样口语能力和语言暂时记忆力也就很大程度上提高了，精听喝泛听的差异也不大了，可以适当增加泛听的数量了。《大家说英语》、《空中英语教室》、《彭蒙惠英语》这几个听力教材不错。
精读：单词、词组、语法、听力、复述(依列出的顺序来展开)的整套综合。精读是初级和中极英语学习者最重要的训练;之前列出的各个方面的学习方法不宜独自进行，而应该服务于精读这个大系统。以精读为主的学习，虽慢尤快，稳扎稳打。
写作：
1、做好精读。
2、进行写作练习。四六级考试中的写作，基本上句子水平的写作，开始写时要自由联想(如果不熟练用英文的话，可以先用中文联想)，然后整理素材、把它们转化成词组和短句(可以先用中文，然后再译成英文)，并根据命题的字数、内容要求按预计段落划分成组、连词成句。
a、句子以下水平的写作(关注语法错误)
首先从最简单、最基本的作文题入手，比如中高考的试题和复习材料，写一二十篇。这些题目一般在100词以内，总共十句话左右;而且还有内容
提示和要求，不容易跑题。关键是要把句子组织好，不要犯句子以下和句子连接的错误。
同时辅以改错练习，从而可以在没有老师的情况下，对照标准答案，有效纠正自己在初级阶段所犯的句子水平以下的错误。改错要做上几十篇才有效果。
第三种方法：把初级、次中级的精读课文进行汉译英练习并与原文对照比较。比如新概念课文2/3册就很好，便于对照中文来汉译英。——但是首先要按照精读课文的六条要求来做，然后才汉译英;不要以为自己的课文已经很熟练了，实际上那些都只是输入性的语言活动，母语具有强大的汉化能力，所学的语言不会留下太多印象;因此熟透了之后还要高度重视复述、讨论特别是写作这些输出性语言活动，从而才会真正注意那些在阅读中没有注意到的问题，如时态、冠词、词组搭配、习语、虚拟语气、非谓语动词等中文中没有的却又很重要的东西。
b、 句子水平的写作
要求多读不同类型的文章，背诵其中的好句子、好段落甚至整篇文章，同时练习写作，从而掌握大量有修辞结构的好词句。最终达到出口成章、落笔成文的地步。这方面比较好的书，巫宁坤《英语文学描写词典》。
c、句子以上水平的写作
与中文的要求相同了，都是布局谋篇之类的东西。
翻译：每天不少于5小时的时间来处理英文信息，并在可能时候全天用英文听说读写，这样才有可能做到双语流利。中文的提高工作也很艰巨，要求大量背诵、阅读、朗读不同种类的优秀文学作品，特别是中国古典文学作品中的小说、散文、诗词。还要经常练习讲演和写作。(此时中文和英文的要求都是类似的。) 关键要注意，在加深双语修养的时候，一定要注意从兴趣的角度出发来玩味，才能记忆犹新、融会贯通，若是急功近利，为了求职、赚钱，很多的书读了恐怕也会忘掉。当然单一专业的翻译工作，要比全面专业翻译的工作容易多了，需要适当的基础并辅以好的翻译技能培训，很快就可以适应工作了。
有一个最重要的资源，就是在练习说的过程中，自己对自己说英语，不管走路、吃饭、入睡前，建设起地道的、有描写能力的内心语言，是培养语感和英语思维能力的关键。

听力:
1.从special english做起。每天听写1篇。一定要坚持。
2.每周看一部discovery系列的纪录片。初步定在每周6晚。
精读:
1.学习新概念英语。背诵课文。
2.重点领会作者的写作手法，记忆好的结构性的句子和内容性的句子。
词汇:
系统背诵六级词汇。选用星火的6级词汇书。每周3个word list,这样3个月时间可以全部背完。词汇是重中之重，万万不可轻视！
口语：
每天坚持对同事说一句以上商务英语，交际、问候的英语不算。
语法：
主要还是靠使用中掌握，坚持写英语日记的话，会对语法和词汇都大有好处。当然有一本语法书也是很重要的。切忌不可使用文曲星，应该使用纸质英文词典。
每天计划
早上：8：30-9：00（上班途中），在车上听bbc或中国国际广播电台的早间新闻。
中午：12：30-1：00，听chanel v的英文歌。
下午：5：30-6：00（下班途中），在车上听bbc或中国国际广播电台的晚间新闻。
晚上：9：00-11：00，背单词，听听力，背课文，看语法。听力可选择听4频道的英文新闻；大声朗读英文课文一篇。
