一天早上，我在妈妈的炒年糕里吃到了生姜碎末，马上板下脸来说：“妈，你知道我不喜欢吃生姜的，还故意放在年糕里。”妈妈不紧不慢地回答到：“宝贝，你就不懂妈妈的良苦用心吗？上床萝卜下床姜，生姜是充满阳气的，可以让人在一天之内生气勃勃，妈是为你好呀!”我只好硬了头皮吃了下去，一嚼，辣味在嘴中散开来，把我呛得眼泪都要流出来，妈妈倒是给我出了个主意：“要是你怕辣，可以在嚼的时候尽量不要碰到舌头，当作是喝药一样，这样就不会觉得辣了。”　我照她的所办，果然不辣了。妈妈的方法可真多！

有一次，妈妈烧菜时不小心把酱油放多了，只见她笑嘻嘻地从厨房出来里走出来，正经地说：“越越，妈妈不心心把酱油放多了，就把另外一碗菜放在一起，做个砂锅好了，好吗？”我想，很长时间没有吃到妈妈做的砂锅了，是有点想念了，我连忙回答：“好的，我最喜欢吃妈妈做的砂锅了”“只要你喜欢吃就好。”妈妈说，十分钟过去了，妈妈捧了一碗热气腾腾的砂锅从厨房里走出来。我忍不住拿起筷子就住嘴里送，“啊！真香！”

每一个人都需要父母爱的鼓励和信任，我也一样，今天我想隆重推出我们家的重要人物，我的“超级老爸”。他古铜色的脸上嵌着一双明亮的大眼睛，不过假如你看过我，就能想到我爸是怎么样的，因为我和我爸长得特别象。
我爸是个“厨师”，不过这不是他的职业，只是他对做菜有着特别的嗜好，而且他做出来的菜，非常的美味可口，下面我来介绍他的拿手好菜吧。
首先来一道炒三丝，每次我都是老爸的小助手哦。一般是由我负责洗，我把金针姑、牛肉、豆腐干、红椒和青椒洗干净，再剥好冬笋，放在一边由老爸负责切，因为炒三丝对刀功要求比较高。老爸耐心把他们都切成条儿，放在盘子里备用，把牛肉用生粉揉捏一下。等准备工作就绪后，开始了，他先把锅洗干净，打开煤气灶，等锅热了后，放油，先放肉丝，煸炒一下后，再放笋丝，接着放金针姑和豆腐干，最后放红椒和青椒，加热水稍煮后，加入调味品就大功告成了。你看，颜色搭配得多好，红的红，绿的绿，白的白，真可谓是色香味俱全。我忍不住用手去抓了一根牛肉条吃吃，“小馋猫，你不会用双筷子的啊，多少不卫生啊。”爸爸责备道，我还不是熬不住了吗，我就吃这么一条，谁让你烧得好吃啊。
接下来准备的是番茄炒蛋，这也是我最爱的。我负责打蛋，“啪、啪、啪……”这我可是很拿手的，然后用筷子把蛋搅匀，爸爸说：“祺祺，炒蛋的油要稍微少一些，火呢也以小火为好，不然容易焦掉，蛋也会不够嫩。”我们起了油锅，加了少量油，关小火，把蛋倒入锅中，等它有些凝固后进行了翻炒，出锅。再加入少量油，把切好的番茄倒入锅中，又进行了翻炒，接着把刚才出锅的蛋重新加入锅中，在闷的时候加了一引起蕃茄酱和糖。“爸爸，为什么要放这两样物品呢？”我疑惑地问。“这样能使这道菜变得更加入味，会有一种甜甜的味道，变得更加鲜美。”随着阵阵香味迎面飘来，我的口水都要流出来了。
