　　学情分析与教学安排
　　学生现有水平的分析：进入八年级，学生的思维水平有了一定的发展，认知从具体运算阶段过度到形式运算阶段。需要对学生现有水平做出正确分析，然后确定正确的最近发展区，做到有效的因材施教。
　　1，性格特点：
　　三班一部分男孩子聪明,大方，但不踏实.而又自以为是。属于冲动性思维方式。平常的学习思维敏捷，接受很快，但不扎实，流于形式，对于知识掌握肤浅，也不下功夫。另一部分男孩子性格内向，思维不够敏捷，也比较懒惰.。大部分女孩子，性格内向，属于反思性思维，学习细致认真。具有良好的学习习惯和学习品质。
　　四班的前14名学生反应敏捷，而又不缺乏认真细致，具有良好的学习习惯和品质。中间一部分学生具有可塑性，表现为有向上的愿望，但缺乏勤奋的品质和自信的态度。缺乏乐于接受新知识的情感态度。
　　2，学习习惯：
　　班里大约前12名学生可以积极主动的学习，能够主动预习，认真听讲，及时复习，按时高质量的完成作业。中间大约10名学生，可以认真听讲，但不能高效预习，所以，无法像前十二名学生那样能高效利用课堂资源，也就是虽然认真听讲，却不能高效上课。可以完成作业，基本是为了完成作业而完成作业。不能及时复习。中间大约还有10名学生不能完成预习作业，上课听讲不够认真，或是跟不上老师，不能够，不愿意主动思考，所有任务都是被动完成。另外剩下的学生，基本不在学习的频道上.
　　3,学生现有水平：
　　第一层次的学生，可以独立朗读，快速并长时间识记单词，（了解拼读规则）并能够利用资料了解重点词汇的用法，对于语法的了解和掌握比较扎实，能够正确利用所学句子表达所学单元的话题。能够很快完成篇章的背诵。能够阅读文章，正确理解文意。
　　第二层次的学生，可以独立朗读生词，快速识记单词，（部分学生不了解拼读规则，但记忆力好），通过教师讲解可以掌握重点词汇的用法，能够很容易的学习语法，但是并不系统。能够正确利用所学句子表达所学单元的话题。能够很快完成篇章的背诵。能够阅读文章，正确理解文意。但是，学习不够系统，所以达不到优秀水平。
　　第三层次的学生，不能独立预习单词，单词是英语学习的最大障碍。因此，完成任务所需时间成倍增长。
　　针对以上情况，采取以下措施：
　　1， 采取观察法教学，根据学生的认知特点，和思维发展，在八年级的语法教学，词汇教学方面，可以采取观察法教学发展学生的智力，尤其是学优生的培养。
　　2， 充分利用支架式教学，根据前苏联著名心理学家维果斯基的“最邻近发展区”理论，
　　在课堂教学的设计上，要坚持以往形成的教学环节，一步步，循序渐进。
　　3， 采取分层教学，因材施教是教育的要求，也是教育的手段和方法。首先，在课堂教学设计上，要在任务的要求上做到分层，在小组合作中的分工上做到分层，在评价上做到分层。其次，要分层布置作业。认真完成作业可以说是非常重要的一项学习策略。但是作业的质量尤为关键。统一的作业或作业要求不利于调动学生。
　　4， 小组合作要发挥实效。小组合作不应只是为了检查作业方便，也不应只是口语对话的形式要求。在教学任务的分层要求上要发挥大作用，在词汇掌握，语法学习，口语操练，阅读能力提升，等方面要发挥实效。
　　5， 分别指导学生学习策略。开学之初，对于学习策略先做统一布置，然后迅速分批指导学习策略，让学生做好记录。
　　6， 发挥学习共同体的作用。加强作业检查。

　　教材分析与教学安排
　　通过七年级一年的学习，学生已经掌握了英语句子的特点，对于名词，动词，形容词，副词，介词，数词，冠词有了初步的认识。学习了一般现在时，现在进行时，一般过去时三种时态。可以完成简单的听说，并能够阅读相应水平的英语文章。
　　八年级上共10个单元，上半学期没有新的时态，复习一般过去时，一般现在时，动词不定式，学习形容词比较级，最高级用法。下半学期学习一般将来时，状语从句，情态动词的用法。
　　每个单元仍然分sectionA,sectionB两部分，不过每个部分都增加了练习的容量，明显强调了语言的综合运用。
　　基于学情与教材的分析，确定第一课时为A1a-2d的内容，主要是单元的目标语教学，利用图片和听力材料，通过听说训练，掌握目标语。第二课时A3a-3c + 同步练习，主要是对于第一课时所学内容做归纳，提升。第三课时B1a-1e+selfcheck/同步练习，主要是提升口语表达，并为阅读做准备。第四课时，B2a-2e,主要是阅读训练，语言知识的学习。第五课时，B3a-3c+同步训练，主要是练习写作，系统复习。

Also, he is an outstanding militarist, politician and the symbol of the wisdom in Chinese history. Another main actors——Liubei, who visited ZhuGeliang"s thatched cottage three times and wanted to invite him to be his military adviser. Finally, ZhuGeliang was moved by Liubei" sincerity, helped the three brothers——Liubei, Guanyu and Zhangfei to establish the Shu Kindom. He devoted his whole life to the cause and died in harness.
　　Our script is revised from this story . In this play, we add many modern and funny elements. For example, there are some spoken lines and actions which were copied from some classical movies like Infernal Affairs(中文名无间道), My Own SWordsman(中文名武林外传),The Flirting Scholar(中文名唐伯虎点秋香) were combined in our play. Also, we added some interesting pictures and audio to our slide.

　　SCENE 1: Liubei"s home
　　Actors: Liubei Guanyu Zhangfei
　　Guanyu: Brother! We three have been hungry for days and when will this tragic life end? It"s so terrible!
