第一篇回报英语:一个真正成熟的人，是能做到这些的

　　不成熟的人，会让身边的人活的很累，甚至很痛苦，那么真正成熟的人是怎样的呢？一开始我也在寻找答案，后来，见得人多了，经历的事情多了，就慢慢明白，一个真正成熟的人，往往都能做到这些：
1接纳自己，突破自己
　　生活中，常常遇到这样的人，对一件事情、一个人耿耿于怀，怀恨在心很久，最终过不了自己的这个坎。可是你连自己都不放过，怎么能放过别人呢？
　　昨天，我不经意间看了一个马云分享的一个小视频，里面说到：很多人都在担心外界有怎样的压力和挑战，其实这都不是问题，迟早都会有人来解决的，我们最关心的应该是自己，自己的事情搞定了，外面的事情就容易多了。
　　的确如此，一个真正懂得不断搞定自己的人，更能也能搞定外面的是是非非，如果连自己都搞定不了，就只会拼命在找外界的原因，给自己一个适当的借口。
　　一个内心真正成熟的人，就是懂得接纳自己的不足，只有接纳方能突破，突破了才会只有，懂得接纳自己，放过自己的人，才能成就更好的自己。
2只问耕耘，不问收获
　　俗话说付出就有回报，很多人把这句话奉为圣旨一样，在做任何事情的时候，刚刚付出一点点，就希望马上就有回报，学钢琴学英语，刚开始觉得难，就放弃了；刚开始工作没有什么成绩，就想着要放弃；永远不懂得春天播种，到秋天才有收获的道理。
　　俞敏洪说：付出与回报往往不是同时性的，会滞后很长一段时间，只有那些能够坚持付出，不求当下回报的人，才能在未来真正享受到丰厚的回报。
　　所以说，一个真正成熟的人，知道结果重要，更加知道过程也很重要，只有认准了目标，日积跬步，以平和的心态接受一切结果，静待花开。
3不在意别人的眼光过好这一生
　　曾看到这样一句话：世界上最难走的，但却最应该走的路，就是做自己。果真如此，在我们这些人当中，很多人都是在意别人的眼光长大的。
　　小的时候，父母总是以别人家的孩子来激励我们，我们为了让父母不失望，就拼命学习数学、学英语、学钢琴等，尽管这些都不是自己喜欢的，但是只要父母喜欢的，我们都去学。
　　工作了，很在意同事的说法，就算自己很不习惯与他人相处，也要逼着自己去融入他们的圈子，使自己身心疲惫。
　　长大了，面对亲朋好友催婚，就强迫自己找一个自己根本不喜欢的人。
　　常常就是生活在父母的眼光中，生活在周边人的眼光中，自己的生活和工作犹如套上了一个囚笼，自己看不到，别人会很容易发现。
　　一个真正成熟的人，非常有自己的逐渐，听取别人意见时会有所权衡，善于听从自己内心的声音，取悦自己，让自己的生活美起来。
　　每个人都在追寻着成熟，看一个人是否成熟，不是看他的穿衣打扮，而是看他是不是做到以上几点。
